Parent Technology Resources
The District provides access to computers to students in grades K-12. The question has been raised as to whether a student could bring their own computer to school to use rather than using the school-provided computer. The answer is no - students are not permitted to substitute their own computer for a District-provided computer. This is necessary so that we can control content and monitor access to the Internet as required by law, including the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA).
